Horrible customer service!! Overcharged w/o knowledge

I went online to utilize a tow service to move my sons' car from Knoxville to Nashville, less than 300 miles. Initially I was quoted a price that seemed reasonable however I received my American Express bill and it was triple the amount I was quoted! I called and spoke to one male who told me "Good luck in disputing charges, we always win" which led me to believe that this happens often, not to mention I still had no explanation as to why I was billed such an astronomical amount. I attempted to call back and spoke w "Dina" the owner. Who rudely informed me that the charges were viable and then she ACTUALLY started yelling and used profanity and called me a &^%^! I was appalled.. I was on my speaker phone in my office and several of my co-workers heard the entire conversation. We were completely abhorred... No ONE could believe I was speaking to a owner of a company. I am currently working with my creditor to dispute the charges. I am also reporting them to the BBB. I believe in customer service and don't mind paying for any service, However I do not condone profanity or insults in any situation. This small company RIPPED me off. Please Do NOT use them unless you want to be verbally attacked AFTER overpaying for a service. THIS is NOT a WAY to run a business. There are no ANGELS at this company....
