Mixed feelings

Our first call with Angel's went very well XXXthe time frame, cost estimate and other delivery details that we required were met. However, by mid-move, the person we coordinated with was no longer with the company and we realized that she had given us some inaccurate information about the pick-up and delivery windows. Then, the pushy driver arrived a day earlier than what was agreed upon (causing some chaos with the furniture move, rental arrangements--I had to rent a car sooner than anticipated --rides from friends, etc.) and delivered the car a day early at 11:30 p.m., the same day I arrived by plane to my hotel. Overall, the car was shipped quickly and in good condition (just very dirty). We can't say that we'd use Angel's again, but maybe the problems we incurred were just a fluke.

Jessica First, I must tell you, your order was placed by me, the owner of the company, and I have not gone anywhere. Second, I reviewed the order notes, and Michelle kept clear communication with you throughout the shipment. Third, we always tell our customers the dates of pickup are approximate dates, drivers can either be ahead of schedule or a little behind, however our office keeps you informed. We are sorry that your car being delivered 1 day early caused you chaos. You car arrived on time, in the same condition as when it was picked up, and you had 4 phone calls from our office during the transit time, sounds like darn good service to me.
