First, I must tell you, your order was placed by me, the owner of the company, and I have not gone anywhere. Second, I reviewed the order notes, and Michelle kept clear communication with you throughout the shipment. Third, we always tell our customers the dates of pickup are approximate dates, drivers can either be ahead of schedule or a little behind, however our office keeps you informed. We are sorry that your car being delivered 1 day early caused you chaos. You car arrived on time, in the same condition as when it was picked up, and you had 4 phone calls from our office during the transit time, sounds like darn good service to me.
