Great service, great communication

I was very apprehensive about having my car shipped. I got quotes from several different companies and checked reviews for quite a few of them. All of them had less than stellar reviews. After finding Angels on transport reviews.com, i checked out the reviews and they were all very positive and seemed legit. I called and talked to Linda. She seemed very knowledgeable and honest. She gave me a rough verbal quote but said she wanted to see if she could get me a better price (after i had already told her that the price was more than fair). She called the next morning as she had said she would and informed me that she had gotten the price lowered by $150 (money is money right?). She also said they happened to have a driver for Lamb Transport in the area and could pick up the car that day.

I called to tell the guy i bought the car from that a driver would be in contact with him and he informed me he had already talked to the driver. The car was picked up that night. I felt a little relief when i was told that there was also a Porsche Carrera Gt and a Lamborghini on board. It looked like these guys knew what they were doing. I got a text from Angels telling em the car was received and to expect it mid week the following week. They also informed me that they would follow up with further details once they were known. I got a call Monday from the driver telling em that he would actually be able to deliver the car Tuesday (instead of Wednesday as i was expecting). He told me he would give me a call the following morning with better more narrow details on timeline. The next morning i received a call just as he had promised. He delivered the car and it was in the same condition as when i bought and paid for it. Overall, i am extremely pleased with my experience. The communication and customer service from both Angels and Lamb Transportation were excellent. I could not give them both a higher praise and will definitely use them both again should i need their services in the future.
