Irresiponsible client service, the drive lies everyday

The client service woman is Michelle, and she is all good before charging me. I can't say she is totally irresponsible, but all she can do is to call the driver and use some ambiguous words. "Need a few hours" = "need one day". And when she finally realized that the driver can't meet the 3-5 days delivery, she will tell you that it is NOT a guaranteed "Maximum days or delivery.", and "It is in your contract." I have to pay more money to rent a car, waste my time calling and calling, blabla, that's fine. But she CANNOT give me a clearly answer even if she knew what the driver can't make it in time. "A few more hours," what a lie and what a liar.

The driver Lenard is worse. In the beginning he said he can get my car there after 2 days. And after two days every day he changes his words and needs one more day. Fine. But I have only one question. He took 6 days to make the delivery from southern CA to Austin TX, and there is no reason that in the 5th day that he suddenly realizes he can't make it. Lying lying and still lying. Not to mention that he kept avoiding my calls after the 2nd day. What a liar and a irresponsible coward.

Angels has a very good rating but you have to realize that they won't be very much helpful after you sign the contract and pay. Some people are lucky and get their car in time, and if you feel that you're lucky enough you can try this company.

Good luck guys. When Angels fails the only thing you can do is not calling, it is to pray.

To all consumers The only 'liar' on this order is the customer Lance. (Sorry to be so harsh Lance, however your review is not accurate) When his vehicle was disptatched he was told clearly that Leondard would be delivering the vehicle in 3-5 days. Drivers never get from CA to TX in 2 days. That is his first untrue statement. 2nd, Michelle is an outstanding employee, and is always very courteous with the customers. She explained to Mr. Kao that his contract showed 3-5 days for delivery. The carrier is not behind schedule and I am not sure how Lance got 2 days stuck in his brain. We know we are amazing over here and we do care about our customers. Lance - you have a right to your opinion, however lying is just ridiculous. Also - Mr. Lance Kao's car was delivered on the 5th day in perfect condition. Below is the actual login from our system that shows the carrier info: Jennings Transportation, 951-662-4502, f. 951-697-5888, p/u tomorrow, del. 3-5 days, driver is Leaonard @ 678-548-5838.
