Pick-up time: 9 days, Delivery: 6 days and 2800 miles.

From a customer service perspective I will say that my experience was pleasant. The representatives were courteous, prompt and attentive. There was always someone to answer the phone. I would have preferred a quicker pick-up, but to Angel’s defense they did make the pick-up dead-line. There were continuous updates through the Angel’s office. Delivery was reasonable and the driver professional. Pick-up arrangement was at the local mall where my car was waiting.

**disappointment** my NEW car was covered in oil (1957 Chevy parked on top rack) and road grime to the extent it was virtually impossible see out the windows to drive the car home safely. At a minimum I would have appreciated Windex and paper towels. Can I compare other transport services? No. Would I use Angel’s again? Yes. Although in hindsight, if I were Angel’s management, I would strongly encourage their contracted drivers to leave the customer with a quality experience, by apologizing for the mess, and offer to clean the windows.

In summary; the car arrived undamaged, services where rendered professionally and contract completed. It would be unfair to rate Angel’s anything less than fair and honest in their representation as a transportation brokering agents.
