Angels definitely delivered - I would use them again if the need arose.

There are a lot of companies out there that will lowball the offer to get a deposit from you, and then when they don't deliver (because drivers won't take their low offers) you have to argue and cajole them to get the deposit refunded. Not so with Angels - they delivered by arranging the transport promptly and kept me informed along the way.
