I was very pleased with this whole process from start to finish. The pickup contact, who was the seller of the vehicle being transported, is an on-call plumber who's time is valuable. The pickup was setup a day in advance and the driver called on that day and showed up on time.

The driver made contact with me an hour after he was on the road, we set up a delivery time for the next day and he was there on time. Driver was friendly and efficient, his enclosed trailer was in excellent condition.

The home office was in contact with the pickup contact and myself the whole time, making information available and checking that everything was ok. A worry free, well executed transport.

Vehicle was picked up in Kalamazoo, MI at noon on Wednesday, and was delivered in Lenexa, KS at 6:00 am Thursday. I asked the driver if he could be at my house by 6:00 am, and he happily agreed to that very early time.
