Dear Mr. Sung Je Kim ~
Unfortunately, we have done all we can do for you. You did NOT note the scratch on the BOL which would allow us to assist you in a claim to the carrier. You contacted us days after telling us about the scratch. The "president" of the company pays her customer service agents to handle these incidents, in which Miranda was as helpful as she could be. Also, the carrier asked you to go get an estimate which we never received. He was asking if it was a scratch that could be buffed out or whether or not it needed actual repair. We are sorry you are so upset, however you must protect yourself by filling out your inspection sheet properly.
