This is the first time I've used any auto transport carrier, and I am very happy with the quality of service as well as the low quote that Angels Transport provided. Con: I submitted the online quote and payment. I waited for one week and did not get a response from them. I called and they said somehow it did not get processed. Pros: Pick-up was on time, delivery took 5 days from Kentucky to California, excellent communication and follow-up, courteous, and low price of $1225. I would use this service again. My 2 cents is: if you submit your payment along with quote online, follow up with a phone call to make sure it has been received and processed. After that, everything else flows smoothly. I'd used this company again.
