Smooth Transport from NYC to LA

Angels Moving Auto's was great with finding a carrier to transport my car from NYC to LA almost immediately. The paper work and everything came via email and was quite effortless. Whenever there was a question, I was able to get through to someone at Angels Moving Auto's pretty quickly. They also called me when I arrived in LA to make sure everything went smoothly.

My car was loaded onto a flatbed truck and was taken to another place to be loaded up for the cross country trip. The guy that loaded my car onto the flatbed truck was very professional and courteous. Secured my car on the flatbed with care.

My car actually arrived early before I got to LA. The carrier gave me a call to let me know the car arrived and when I could take delivery. When they first called me, I was actually still in NYC at the time. When I did land in LA and got home, I contacted the carrier right away. They brought my car to me in LA on another flat bed truck within 2 hours of contact. the flat bed driver was also very professional and courteous. By the time I got to him, he already unloaded my car and everything was set and ready to go. The car was in the same condition (except dirtier) that I had left it back in NYC.

Probably the only minor issue I had (which really didn't affect me too much since I was able to take a few days off from work...) was when my car was being picked up in NYC. There's a window of a few days on when the car could be picked up. I was totally fine with that because I was told that the driver would call me 5 to 8 hours before arriving to pick up my car. They actually called me about 10 minutes away from my house. If I was at work that day, I would never have gotten home in time to meet up with the flat bed driver.

All's well that ends well.
