FIRST - I MUST SAY, WE HAVE SERVED THOUSANDS OF MILITARY PEOPLE OVER THE PAST 10 YEARS, AND LOVE THEIR BUSINESS! I am the owner of the company, and yes, I cancelled this order with this customer. Angels Moving Auto's reputation far exceeds most others in the industry for excellent customer service. I made a choice to cancel with this couple after the husband became rude over the phone with me because he did not have a carrier yet assigned. I was trying to explain the process to him and he interrupted me continuously. There were still 6 days left on the shipping window, however he was demanding me to get him a carrier assigned immediately. He then went on to tell me how he is a lawyer, and in the military, and how he will tell everyone that I was rude to him. I refuse to work with people who think they are more important individuals and due to their self proclaimed importance they feel they have the right to talk down to other human beings. I cancelled this order because I do NOT need the business, yes I want the business, but not when being treated like I am not a human being! AFTER 10 YEARS OF BEING IN THIS INDUSTRY IT BECOMES EASY TO SENSE WHICH CUSTOMERS WILL CAUSE YOU MORE STRESS THAN MONEY IS WORTH! Elizabeth states he was simply asking questions.........here is my question to Elizabeth, don't you think I simply answer questions ALL DAY LONG for customers without cancelling their orders, I do. In fact, in 10 years of shipping cars, I have cancelled probably 5 orders, including yours, because I WILL NOT work for or with people who act the way your husband did.
