I called them on a Friday, and told them that I needed my new vehicle picked up the next day. I knew it would be a bit of a stretch, and Michelle even told me that it might not happen for me due to the short lead time and because my route was not as well travelled (they're good but even they have limits), but an hour later, she called me back and had it all set up! Simply amazing! Great, fast, prompt, and extremely competent service.

My vehicle was picked up on time and was delivered early and undamaged and the transport driver was also a nice guy and fairly easy to deal with. With my permission, he was given my number so that he could call me well ahead of time to make arrangements for the vehicle exchange; this is necessary because of possible road\weather delays which might change their scheduling.

Overall a very positive experience and I would definately use their service again.
