Customer service was great, and price was reasonable (on the low side compared to other shippers I received estimates from). They were very communicative - by both text and email - during the entire process. The car was picked up one day early, which was fine by me, and was delivered on the first day of the anticipated delivery window. I only have one, relatively minor complaint. I was out of town at the time of the car's delivery, so Angels arranged to have it stored in a lot for me. They told me in advance that that lot was open 24/7 so I could pick up the car there anytime. This turned out to be incorrect, as the lot (Chips Shipping in East Walpole, MA) is only open until 5:30pm Monday through Friday. This discrepency did not cause major problems for me, only a minor inconvenience in leaving work a bit early one day to go pick up the car. Overall a very positive experience with Angels!
