The customer service was great and friendly! The price I received when I called directly to book was $400 more than the on-line quote. I understand that because of the cost of gas it was more.
The driver was a few days late picking up the vehicle, but did call everyday to let us know the status. The driver also called to let us know when he would drop the car off. The car arrived in good shape, no damage. All in all this was a good experience, I would highly recommend them.
