Overall good, but some issues on the front end

The individual that actually picked up, transported and delivered our car was outstanding. The only issue I had was with booking the move. The person on the phone was very nice and professional, but gave me bad information as to how and where I would be able to get a cashiers check as opposed to paying with my credit card. I ended up having to do alot of running around and wasted most of one day in the process.
