I was very hesitant at first to do open transportation with my vehicle. I take very good care of it and would never forgive myself for choosing open transportation if anything happened to it. The pickup from the trucking company used was timely. The communication was thorough, and they narrowed down a pickup time to a 2h window. Delivery was slightly late, but only by a matter of a few hours. The car was dusty/dirty when I received it, but nothing a good wash can't get out. I was concerned with ground clearance as well but it was sufficient for my vehicle (5-6" g.c.). I was very satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the transportation and would use Angel's again.
