I was very pleased with this service and would highly recommend it to others. Things I liked: they contacted me by phone the same day I made an online quote request (several other companies never returned my calls). Their quote was competitive with others, and was LESS expensive by $75 than the initial quote they had given me a couple of weeks earlier. The folks on the phone were *always* very polite and easy to work with and answered all of my questions completely without getting annoyed, which is a BIG plus in my book. I want to feel like people really know what they are doing, especially when it involves my one and only car. They picked up the car promptly on the SAME day that I scheduled the transport (maybe this was luck). They were in contact with the driver throughout the trip so that I always knew where my car was. A deposit of 15% was charged at the time of pick-up and the remainder was paid in cash AFTER the car had been delivered and inspected by me. The driver seemed very capable and comfortable working the huge transporter and, though he barely spoke English, he could still communicate well and was cheerful and in good spirits. My car arrived in good shape, no mishaps whatsoever. I have an old car and many people told me it would be better to have put the money towards a new car. Still, I *like* this car, know it, and it runs well. Transporting the car (1985 Toyota Tercel) ended up costing a lot LESS than trying to buy a new, used car that I didn't know. I give this auto transport company a TWO thumbs up :) Transporting a car cross-country shouldn't be a big hassle and this wasn't. Thank you!
