Driver was very polite , friendly, and extremely careful.He had to back down a winding driveway 1/4 mile to pick up my car and never went off of the driveway nor did he stop. He took pictures of the car to show there were no flaws to protect both of us. He covered the tie down straps as to not leave a mark on the frame.Very professional. I would highly recommend this carrier.
