The moment the order was confirmed, carrier was assigned. Was supposed to be picked up on 5/20 per schedule, but was picked up on 5/19. Was informed in advance by the truck driver about the pick up date and time. The SUV was supposed to be delivered on Saturday or Sunday, but was delivered on Friday morning. SUV is was good condition with no damages.
