My experience with Angels would have been a lot smoother had I refused to call Pioneer Auto, their trucking company, myself. Be forewarned: if you go with Angels, do not let the rep tell you to call Pioneer directly. They were incompetent and unprofessional, and I was getting the run around about where my car was and when it would arrive to me. They had originally promised me the car would arrive on the 6th or 7th, but never called to tell me that the truck my car was on had blown a tire and would be late. My Angels rep gave me Pioneer's number directly and it was awful having to deal with them - I couldn't get a straight answer about anything and it was just SO frustrating. My car did actually arrive the next night (late night, when I didn't want it, but I was desperate to have the whole thing over with), but it was an ordeal until I finally called my Angels rep and said, "You talk to them, please." She apologized and was good about keeping me informed, but I had had it by then. Overall, just be wary of the middle men Angels work with. Do NOT call them yourself or let anyone suggest that you do.
