Angels staff was extremely friendly and helpful in setting up the move. The pick up and drop off went smoothly and the car was delivered on the early side of possible delivery dates. I used an open truck and besides receiving a dirty car, there was no damage.
They do outsource to trucking companies, which is probably how all the comppanies work, but overall the experience was very good.
