Processing, delivery and overall start to finish was good. Only snag was that the delivery person did not call prior to arrival as had been agreed upon and recipient was not immediately available to accept delivery, all of which would have been obviated IF a simple phone call or email had been made. Otherwise, pickup, delivery, price and details were all as per agreement. Entire delivery from Maryland to Louisiana took 3 days once pickup had been achieved. This delivery was in 2010 and I'd use the company again.
