The people at Angels were polite, knowledgeable and friendly and kept in close touch with us throughout the process. Communication was excellent, with phone calls placed both to us and our daughter (owner) to make sure that we had all the necessary contact information, pick-up and delivery information, payment information, etc. The truck arrived on-time and was in very good shape - the driver, Nick, was friendly and appeared to be very competent as he loaded our car. He also stayed in touch with us as necessary throughout the process. We had a friend receive the car in California, and from his description the delivery went as smoothly as the pick-up. Only issue was that the car had to be delivered a little further away from our destination than we realized ahead of time - I believe that this was due to town regulations limiting access by large trucks - so there was a little scrambling to make sure that our friend could get to the right location. This was, however, a minor issue. The car was delivered with quite a bit of road dirt on it, which was understandable given the distance it had traveled, so people should consider using a closed carrier if this is an issue for them. Otherwise, the car was in the same condition as when it left. VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE! We highly recommend Angels Moving Autos without reservation.
