Overall, an excellent experience transporting a new Toyota Prius from a dealership in California to my hometown in North Carolina.

Had initial reservations about the carrier company that Angels Moving Autos had chosen, based on other reviews on this site, but Dina did her best to persuade me (with as much patience as she could muster, I guess) by reassuring me of their quality and even by patching in a conference call with that company's chief, who answered all my questions politely and diligently.

Good communications from Angels Moving Autos and from the carrier, Pioneer Auto Express, throughout this process. Car was collected from the dealership in a timely manner, held until the relevant carrier was full enough for the swing out through the Southeast, and delivered on a date that fell within the range that Pioneer estimated. All in all, ten days from origin to destination.

Had to collect the car at night in a carpark about a mile from my home, which I was prepared for based on reading reviews on this site. After careful inspection with flashlights, found the vehicle to be in exactly the same condition as from its origin XXXnamely, pristine except for a bit of dirt from the having travelled across the States in an open carrier. Driver of the carrier was friendly and polite.

Only hiccup, if you could call it that, was that the site chosen for the handover was changed last minute, perhaps because the driver took a wrong turn on his way off the highway. Got a prompt call from Pioneer informing me of the new carpark location, about a mile away from where I was waiting, so all was well in the end.

Would definitely use this broker (Angels Moving Autos) and this carrier (Pioneer Auto Express) again.
