The shipping was almost never on schedule. They were never able to stick to the times given.
They picked up the car a day late the first time.
They picked up the car a few days late the second time.
They delivered the car a day early the second time.
It seems to be almost impossible for things to happen at a specific time which makes it hard to work around a work schedule.
The company had very good communication via text messages.
