They picked up the car on Friday morning when Thursday was promised but they communicated well... and it was OK for me..The car was delivered as promised on next Friday.. late in the evening when I was told afternoon.. which was also OK for me... It was a bit dirty but that was expected.. 2100 miles of travel will make your car look dirty.. But it was in great condition without any damage..
