We were so sorry to hear about stolen items in this vehicle. All of us here at Angels Moving Auto's wishes there is something we could do to accomodate this customer, however, we really have no way of helping this customer. Our policy is clear about leaving personal items in a vehicle when shipping it, and this customer signed an agreement stating we would not be responsible for any personal items in a vehicle. The carrier that hauled this vehicle has been a carrier with our office for over 4 years and has never had stolen items reported before. Once again, we are sorry for the customer's loss.
