We have used this company twice. We first used it 3 year's ago and really like the service and carrier they hired so we used them again when we had to ship the same car across country. Both times were enclosed. The most recent time they provided excellent customer service. The first carrier they hired was being ridiculous and trying to get us to bend to his time schedule instead of the other way around. When I called Angel's auto moving they completely agreed that carrier wasn't being reasonable and with in a few hours or so they found us a new carrier who picked up and delivered the car by our schedule. The carrier did show up a day late and the car was dirty but I wasn't in a time crunch with the car so I wasn't too concerned about that but the car was awfully dirty for being enclosed. But Angelo's auto moving customer service was great, the car being dirty and a day late was out od their control even though they did offer assistance to help.
