My customer service rep was tremendous. She kept me updated at all times (before, during, and after pick up). They were relentless in their update calls to me to the point that I could not believe how it was even possible. Best customer service I've ever experienced. The transporter driver was also fantastic. He made pick up and delivery very easy. I am in the military and move very often so I know a thing or two about various car transport services. These guys have been, by FAR, the best I've ever done business with. CALL THEM FIRST!!!
