April was great to work with. We communicated mostly through text, as that is the easiest way for me. She was quick with responses and very helpful. She informed me when she was leaving for the day and gave me additional contact information, in case I needed to get in touch with someone.
The vehicle was picked up right on time and delivered within one minute of promised delivery time. The driver was polite and prompt. He wasn't great at responding to my phone messages or text....but it all worked out in the end.
