The office was easy to get ahold of and always very helpful. Car was just as it was supposed to be and the drivers were prompt and courteous. One small problem: Drivers asked for payment upon pick up, and the contract said payment on delivery. Drivers were paid at pick up and did not ask for payment on delivery, so all was honest and square, just not as was described in contract.
