Though there was an unexpected delay, the company and the driver kept in touch with me along the way, either via phone or text! I've worked as a driver, and I've also worked with logistics, so I know how difficult loading/transport/delivery can, especially having to synchronize pick-ups with distances between, as well as drive times and unavoidable delays along the way, yet everything still went smoothly, and for the right price, too. It is also an important practice for me to seek out local whenever possible! I'm very pleased, and the driver pushed through LA traffic during peak traffic hour, and showed up when he said he would.
