This company picked up my car in California, and I was texted immediately with a contact number while it was in transport to Pennsylvania.
I received updates along the way, and a firm delivery date of Friday Feb 17, 2017 between 2-3, at a location 5 minutes from my home.
The morning of delivery, the company gave me the driver's number so I could get a firmer delivery time. I spoke with the driver, who requested meeting me at 3pm.At 2:45pm, the driver let me know that he had arrived at our meeting spot, and that he would wait for me to arrive.
When I arrived the car was offloaded and I inspected it. It was in perfect condition, except a bit dusty on the outside from the trip across the US.
This is the 2nd time I have used this company to ship a vehicle from CA to PA - both arrived in the same condition they were sent in. Both cars arrived on time, the customer service was outstanding, the price was fair and affordable and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my cars.
