The overall service was excellent. The only issue I had was that their service was faster than expected. I call them on Wednesday, they picked the car up on Friday in Arizona, and my car arrived on Sunday at Oregon. Their initial estimation, when I fisrt call them, was that my car was going to show up in Oregon on Wednesday (one week later, but it took only 4 days). It was a little bit tough getting cash on a Sunday to pay for the shipment, but I rather complain about getting my car too fast than the opposite... :-)
