pickup was willing to work around doctor appointment and pickup process was smooth. driver documented and verified any dings/scratches. while delivery was late, i understood there was unpredictable weather at this time of year and delivery company contacted me a few days prior to delivery date and notified me of ETA on an on-going basis. definitely would use again and would recommend to friends.
