Dear Mr. Rayavarapu:
We are so sorry you feel you were treated rudely by our office. We do understand that you have a right to be upset about the delays of your order, however, we have no control over issues with these trucks, things do happen. We do our best to serve our customers with excellence when things like this come up, apparently you feel we did not do that, and I am sorry for that.
Unfortunately, our first carrier assigned came to the residence to pick up the car, however they were unable to load it because it would not fit on the truck. They were concerned there would not be enough space in between cars and could result in a damage. The second carrier did pick it up on time and deliver on time, however, Mr. Rayavarapu was very upset about the delay of waiting for a second truck.
