Our office has not been contacted by this customer in regards to this order at this time. His car was delivered on February 16h, and he posted this review on February 16th prior to notifying us regarding any damages. We have no details of anything that has happened with this order other than what is based in this review. If the customer vehicle was damaged, our office will do everything to help the customer with the claim process, that is what we do. As far as the driver being late, he delivered the car 10 days after pickup, the customer was told the delivery would take 7-10 days, vehicles take any where from 10-14 days to go all the way across the country. If the carrier remained in one city for 3 days that would be due to several pickup and deliveries in that city, very normal process. I cannot comment on any damages though because they have not been reported to our office at this time.
It does sound like this customer had a horrible experience and we will do all we can to resolve his situation.
