I purchased a new Escalade in Greensboro N.C over the internet. I could not find what I wanted here on the Island. I needed to ship the vehicle to LA from N.C., then have it loaded on the ship at Matsons and sent over to Kauai. I had never shipped a vehicle before,how hard could it be? I was totally caught by suprise and was in for a big education over the next 2 weeks. The first mistake was asking for estimates from a online service.I was bombarded by emails and phone calls 24 hrs a day. Some of the estimates were so low I thought no way. I read hundreds of reviews on dozens of companies,mostly bad. I was starting to have my doubts about my puchase desicion. I don't remember how I found Angel's,maybe a higher power up there helping out.I called and spoke to Dina for about twenty minutes.She explained how the industry worked and why she was different. I breathed a sigh of relief and never worried after that. The vehicle was picked up right on time,delivered to Matson's in LA and before I new it was here at the dock on Kauai.I received countless updates from the wonderful staff along the way via text and phone calls.The vehicle was spotless,not even a rock chip.I was so happy. Stop looking and call Dina at Angel's.
