Dear Wilson ~
First, I personally spoke to you many times. Our office manager that you originally scheduled your order with was out on medical leave during the shipment of both of your vehicles, and you were disappointed she was not in, however I took over the orders and kept in communication with you. Our office shows over 5 phone calls per order were made to you to keep you informed on the status of your orders.
You absolutely have a right to your opinion, we all do, however, sticking to the truth is important. You asked our office to try to get this order done for a price of $1000.00. We told you we would do our best, however, the only carrier available at such a low rate was somebody who had damaged vehicles in the past, we chose not to use them. I personally explained to you the importance of us using a carrier we knew would deliver your car with no damage, so we used someone we knew. You agreed to pay $1200.00, you were never forced to. We have shipped numerous cars for you at discounted prices, you constantly look for the cheapest rates.........we are about quality here. Good luck with all your future shipments!
