This was my first experience purchasing and shipping a car from out-of-state. Needless to say, I had some apprehension. That was completely resolved upon my first conversation with Bailey. I found her to be kind, considerate, and very knowledgable about the entire shipping process. This was followed by routine texts from Bailey about the status of pickup. Once actually loaded on the transport truck I was connected to the driver who contacted me to discuss a convenient drop-off time. The car arrived least three days prior to my anticipated delivery date. Excellent experience.
