Even though my overall car transport experience was not great, Angels Auto Transport was excellent to work with. Everyone at Angels was very nice and very professional. Angels promptly dealt with the transport company(Quality Auto Transport) when they were rude to me and tried to get more money out of me than the contracted price. I live on the western side of the Rocky Mountains which seemed to cause a problem in the transport of my vehicle. After waiting for a transport for 5 weeks I finally agreed to drive to the 200 miles to Denver to meet a hauler. During my drive over I-70 to pick up my vehicle I saw at least 10 huge car haulers going both directions(and this is even at a time when there were chain laws in effect because of the snow)...don't know why my vehicle couldn't have been on one of those trucks. I don't understand the scheduling well enough to criticize but Angels did seem to be making an honest effort to get my transport complete and for that I thank them.
The driver, John, from Quality was great, kept in very close communication with me, and transported my vehicle safely.
