The carrier assigned was very accommodating of us when picking up our car in Orlando. We were not able to relinquish the auto when they wanted so it was arranged for the pickup to be a day later. Throughout the journey to Phoenix we were constantly notified as to what was going on and expected arrival date. It was a good experience overall.
