My second time using them - Truely Angels

This is my 2nd time using this company. I like them for their excellent project management skills, professionalism, and communications!! The first time was in March 2007 when I moved from Georgia to California. So when I needed to move to Texas from California, I was so glad that I had saved their invoice in my inbox. I called them and they still had a record of my last move - car information and all! It was nice to just confirm that it was me and that I wanted to move the same car to Tx.
As before, they picked up the phone in a timely manner and the lady was friendly and professional. She gave me some possible pickup dates so I picked a couple. I got a followup call a couple days later to confirm date and timeframe. They could pick up within a few days. Once this was scheduled, I also received an email detailing the carriers contact information, their federal motor carrier number, the pickup date, and what to expect in terms of money due the driver (at delivery etc).

The driver called to keep me informed of his progress on making our pickup appointment. Angels also called to check that the driver was keeping me in the loop. When the driver arrived for the pickup, we did the paper work - checking the condition of the vehicle etc and then he was on his way. He provided me an expected time of arrival for the destination, and took off. A day before the arrival date he called to let me know of his progress. Angels called too to see that we everything was going smoothly ie that the driver was in communications with me. I told them he was.

As promised, I got my car delivered in excellent condition. From the time I called them to when they picked up the car was a mere 6 days. Delivery was exactly 4 days after pickup.

I should caution that this works best if you are a reasonable person. For example, given that the drivers are travelling interstate with pickups and dropoffs on the way. I understood that target pickup/dropp off time could be some hours off so I wasnt bothered. What was more important to me was that it was a reasonable time window, and I was kept informed of progress.

I have now had two smooth car moves because of the dedication of Angels Moving Autos. Those girls are truely angels. I highly recommend them.
