I had paid and made arrangements for Countrywide Auto Transport to pick up my vehicle for transport from Florida to Wisconsin. They had 18 days to find a driver for me by my departure date of March 30. They did not. I was treated as if I had not given them enough time. When I asked for my money back they agreed to fax a cancellation agreement March 27th, less $95.00 processing fee. It's April 3 and I have not received anything from Countrywide. I call every day asking where the refund is and they tell me it's coming and to call back. They never once called me, I have made almost 15 phone calls to them trying to get my car shipped and now, to get my money back.

I called Encore Motorcars in Sarasota, Fl. asking who they used to transport their vehicles. They gave me the name and number of a company they were very pleased with: Angels Moving Autos out of California. By then, I was near tears wondering how I was going to get my car shipped in two days. I contacted Angels, they hooked me up with a driver within 3 hours and the arrangements were made for Ron from Rod Express to pick up my car the next day. I was amazed! The friendly, helpful staff at Angels stayed in close touch, calling me every day to make sure the process was going smoothly and it was. What a wonderful experience! I highly recommend you use Angels for your shipping needs. My car arrived yesterday, in Wisconsin, dirty but in perfect condition. Ron, the driver was friendly and knowledgeable. He pulled up to my front door in downtown Madison on a busy city street to unload my car. What a relief!
