My experience with the company was very positive. They were able to find me a carrier within just a couple days of getting a quote, and they were even willing to lower their price to price-match a comparable competitor. I ended up shipping the car for $950 in 9 days. The customer service was excellent, and they regularly called to make sure everything was going well throughout the process. I had no problems with damages/claims. The only thing that was less-than-perfect about the experience was that both the pick-up and delivery of the vehicle were 1 day later than anticipated. But when I first spoke with the company, the customer service people pointed out that this is a common occurrence in the industry so I wasn't taken by surprise or anything. Overall, a great experience.
