after reading the horror stories on the web, I was pleased to choose a company who was already rated 5 stars. I had no misgivings about using this company. The driver was delayed in pick-up, but as the weather was horribly rainy, I understood, and the driver took the time to call and keep me informed. Delivery was seamless, and the jeep was in perfect condition.
