Excellent Customer Service

I found Angels from the reviews on Transport Reviews. Very helpful. The customer service was fantastic. The sign up process was super easy. They were knowledgable and answered all of my questions. Especially since I was nervous about shipping my car from California to Maryland. One minor complaint is that they said that the window time to find a carrier would be 3 days. I called them on the 5th day to ask them what was going on as I needed the car to be picked up on a certain day. The customer service rep said that they must have forgotten or something must have happened and that they would now put priority on my order. I didn't have a huge problem with that as I know it was probably tough to find a carrier.

My carrier was All Pro Transport Services. They had called my sister 24 hours in advance and told her the time/date they were going to arrive. They told her they "preferred" cash. She told them she had run out and gotten a postal money order like stated in the contract. The driver huffed and puffed and told her they "preferred cash". She told them it was Sunday and that there was no way she could run out to the bank and get his cash and make it back before his arrival. He told her he'd contact his company.

I got extremely upset as he was making it difficult to accept the form of payment. I tried calling Angels to see why this was happening but they were closed on the weekends. The contract clearly stated that MONEY ORDER, CASH, OR CASHIER CHECK was to be given. All the while the driver who had MY car was giving her a hard time with the payment. In the end, he called her back and told her that the money order was "fine". If I were a broker, I would NEVER use this company as they make it extremely inconvenient for people (students) to pay.

I'd love to give Angels 5 stars but because of all of the above, I wasn't necessarily star struck with my experience.
