Finding a reliable, reputable, quality carrier to transport a new car can be a bit nerve-wracking. The dealer originally got a quote from Angels Moving Autos for open transport and included that in my purchase deal. After purchase, I wanted to change that to an enclosed carrier, so I called Angels directly to understand options. Dina was helpful and explained what was booked by the dealer (although apparently the cost was a lot higher than what the dealer had quoted me), and what options I might have for having it done enclosed. In the end, she was able to find a recommended carrier to do it at a price that I was comfortable with, and it was only a few days later than the open option. Pickup at the dealer was delayed one day, unfortunately, but they still managed to deliver the car on-time on the originally quoted day -- and in the morning, as well! The car arrived on a smaller truck than made the long-haul trip, and the driver was very careful in unloading and inspecting the car to make sure it was in the condition shipped. No issues on that front. Angels kept me updated via text on status throughout the process, as well. From my talking with Dina, it sounds like she primarily works only with carriers she knows and that have good track records, which is important as the carrier is ultimately the one responsible for your car. I think there was also some miscommunication around pricing, but ultimately I was comfortable with where we ended up and felt it was reasonable for an enclosed carrier on the route based on my research, though definitely not the cheapest option. Overall, Angels Moving Autos helped complete the transport successfully, and I'm happy to have my new car!
