In my situation I needed the pick up to happen on the scheduled day, as I would not be able to keep the vehicle in a secured area overnight. The driver of the transporter worked into the night (after a very long & full day) and got my vehicle loaded up around 9:40 that evening. The driver was very courteous, professional and was extremely careful handling my vehicle. In my case, the driver at pick up handled my vehicle all the way through to delivery. At delivery, the car was in the exact condition (excluding dust) that it had been in at the time of pick up.
