Went fine with some caveats

Can moved from NY to FL with no problems. 10 days to be picked up. 7 days to be delivered. Impressive given that Hurricane Charlie was being delievered to FL at the same time. Driver was a very personable guy. No problems with him or his work.

The reason I deducted stars is that they (the "office") said they would call both me and the person from whom the car was being picked up as soon as a driver took the assignment, and before the driver called. Only call we ever got was the driver calling the pickup point. No calls from the office. In a normal situation nothing wrong with this, but in this move there were some reasons which I wont go into here. Anyway, if you have any kind of non-standard requirements beware that you might be told that they will be met but that they might not be.
